Delivery
When purchasing a product/s from our store, delivery is at the customer’s expense, unless special conditions have been agreed upon!
The rate at which the delivery price is calculated depends on the current rates of the courier companies.
The delivery time can vary from 2 to 20 working days, depending on the current availability of the product/s.
Provided that you are dissatisfied with the purchased goods, you have the right to:
- To replace the purchased product with another, in which case it is necessary to contact us in a way convenient for you.
- To return the purchased goods, in which case you will be refunded the value of the goods within 7 days.
- We will only accept product returns and exchanges if they are unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
In order to exchange or return a purchased item correctly, it is necessary to contact us in a way convenient for you in order to receive precise instructions.
COMPLAINT RELATED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS IS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. OTHERWISE, THE MERCHANT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST BENEFITS!
The costs of returning the purchased goods are always at the expense of the CUSTOMER, except in cases where the goods received do not correspond to the ordered product(s) or are defective(s). In the latter case, the transport costs are the responsibility of the MERCHANT.
IMPORTANT!!! When returning a purchased item, the customer undertakes to enable the “View” option for the recipient. Otherwise, the returned goods will NOT be accepted and the amounts will not be refunded!
A returned product that is not in a preserved commercial condition (there are stains, there are signs of wear, the product is not in preserved integrity, the packaging is missing, etc.) will not be accepted and the amounts paid will not be refunded, since the MERCHANT is not responsible for negligent and improper treatment of the CUSTOMER.
